Crowley Hall Rental Prices and Times

 All Hall rentals include tables and chairs for the number of   guests listed on the contract up to 150. Floor length table clothes can be rented for $5.00 each, and chair covers are $2.00 each with the sash of your color choice from the ones we have. We have more than 20 colors of sashes to choose from.
We also have a full décor package for those who need it for $500.00, ask for the complete item list.

Saturday……………………….All day, 10am-midnight……………………………$1300.00
  The are no 5 hour packages available on Saturdays

Sunday………………………All day, Noon – 10pm……………………………….$1000.00
  5 hours…………..any 5 hours you want between Noon-10pm……………………$750.00

Businesses needing to hold meetings Mon-Thrus during business hours are done at a special rate and must go through the Manager for a quote, which will be based on number of attendees, and number of hours needed. 


If you choose a 5 hour package, you cannot get into the Hall before your time package begins and your event must be completed with everyone gone when the time package ends. The 5 hour time packages are ideal for Showers, Wedding Receptions or Family gatherings of 60 people or less, its impossible to get 150 people in and out in the 5 hour package. We do restrict the 5 hour packages to 60 or less people, It is a fee of $300.00 dollars for every hour you go over starting 15 minutes after your package ends.

Full Decor Package can be added to any day of the week for $500.00, Which includes everything below 
Live Music and/or Karaoke         IS NOT ALLOWED
Your Event can be all inclusive
 For $1800.00 .
 We can provide The Following:

Table linens  
Chair covers with sashes in the color of your choice
(If we have them)
Center pieces
Arch 
8 Lattice dividers (draped and decorated as is)  
 Unity Candle stand (Candles not provided) 
Candelabras (with battery powered candles)  
2 Large white arrangements (with your colors added)  

  We can do all of your set up and break down, you need only provide your Food, Drink, or let our Manager help you arrange those for a small fee.

We cannot provide Bartenders  or Alcoholic Beverages. You are welcome to provide your own. 


Just give us the budget you would like to stay in and let us tell you what options we can provide you within that budget

Do to National Fire code, There can be No open flames except the unity candles  and Sterno Burners at the buffet Tables which are supervised.
